Please be home to receive delivery on the first attempt and check condition upon arrival. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding acclimation. 

Our livestock is bred and kept in a disease-free environment. Clownfish Corral strongly suggests that you quarantine your fish upon receipt, for added peace of mind. When livestock is shipped, there is the chance of stress from extreme temperature changes and poor handling, which can trigger health issues. 

In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), text us within an hour of receipt at 619.985.1920

All claims must include clear photos and video of fish in the bag and then out of the bag. An accepted claim will result in store credit for deceased fish only. Shipping fees are not covered. We cannot take responsibility for shipping delays out of our control. Once the bag is opened and the fish is acclimated, any claims will not be honored. Once our livestock is in your tank, we have no control over conditions, and no warranty beyond delivery is included. If shipping has been included in the price of the fish, pending credit will be minus the normal shipping fees.
